All orders are processed within 10-15 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Delays

- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 3–7 days to update.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you contact us immediately after ordering, we may try to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If this occurs, please contact your local shipping carrier to file a claim.
